This is one of four town houses in the popular Parque da Praia development, grouped around a shared pool and surrounded by enclosed gardens ensuring privacy; yet just two minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants in the village.
The attractive living room has green sofas on a terracotta floor and the glass display unit, with a matching dining table makes the house unsuitable for young children. There are French windows opening onto the terraces and lawns around the pool (there are four sun loungers and a parasol belonging to the house). A wide marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is a small terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens.

Praia da Luz, Algarve
The village of Luz has cobbled streets leading down to the sandy beach with a pedestrian walkway. It has a relaxed, holiday atmosphere and offers basic shopping, bars and restaurants and a wide range of water sports. Facilities at, or near, Praia da Luz include scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing (Surf Experience), microlite, horse riding at Quinta do Paraiso Alto and, of course, golf. There are four courses within a 20 minute drive; the championship course at Penina, Palmares at Lagos, Parque de Floresta at Budens and the Boa Vista course between Lagos and Luz. The historic town of Lagos is well worth a visit. We can arrange up to 25% discount on golf packages (see Algarve Golf Desk ). We can also arrange horse riding and lessons at a local estate. Luz Bay Club Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and...
squash courts, Turkish baths and a gym; visitors can buy a day pass to use these facilities.
Luz is a lively little town with a superb beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Burgau, its quieter neighbour, remains a traditional Portuguese village.
Most of the villas do not require a hire car but taxi transfers from the airport are quite expensive.
