The villa features four bedrooms, a grand open-plan living and dining area, a games room, and a retro-themed bar room that exudes its own unique charm. Recently renovated, the villa showcases a state-of-the-art kitchen and modernised bathrooms. The owners have spared no expense in providing the utmost comfort, furnishing the villa with new beds, mattresses, and brand-new furniture throughout.
Outside, a glistening swimming pool awaits, embraced by a generous terrace adorned with comfortable sun loungers—an idyllic spot for basking in the warm Mediterranean sun. The lush lawns and swaying palm trees provide a picturesque backdrop for al-fresco dining.
For the sport enthusiasts, a tennis court awaits, perfect for engaging in friendly and casual matches. Please note that while the court currently has some areas that require improvement, it remains a great option for recreational play. We are pleased to inform you that plans are in place for improvements, with the exact date yet to be confirmed.
The Mediterranean villa is in close proximity to Ferragudo, a charming fishing village that exudes an authentic Portuguese ambiance. Its winding, cobbled streets are lined with whitewashed houses, and you’ll find traditional fishing boats bobbing in the pretty fishing port. The recent renovations have certainly added a touch of style and comfort, but we also love the untouched retro bar area, which is full of personality and a great place to come together for a drink after a day relaxing in the sunshine.
