This spacious villa is in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance of the centre of Carvoeiro. The interior is traditional and comfortable. The country-style kitchen is modern and well equipped with granite work surfaces, an American fridge freezer, an impressive Leisure Rangemaster double oven and a breakfast area with built-in seating. There is a large utility room situated off the kitchen. From the dining room, steps lead down to the rear garden with a tiled table and seating area.
From the large open-plan living room French windows open onto a terrace with steps down to the sun terraces, a bar/games room, the large soft water, low chlorine pool with waterslide, outside shower room and a barbecue with a delightful covered dining area seating 12 comfortably - perfect for al-fresco dining. The master suite on the first floor has views across Carvoeiro to the sea, a walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi corner bath (the suite is approached via an open wooden staircase – care should be taken with young children).
There is also a self-contained apartment with a cosy living area, separate kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the pool.

Mrs P "I just wanted to thank you for our stay in our villa in Portugal a couple of weeks ago, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our villa and the service provided by you guys."
Mr S "Well, what a villa and a fantastic holiday for the family. We took our 3 children and husband/wives and 4 grandchildren (6 weeks, 6 months, 2 and 5) to the villa in Carvoeiro. From the moment we stepped into the villa we were highly impressed at the size although at first we did not think it was big, it was HUGE. As we paid for the holiday we had the master bedroom which was enormous; walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers, large bathroom with his/her basins, jacuzzi bath and good size shower and sea views. The rest of the family organised their own rooms with our daughter coming up trumps with the separate apartment (which is inside the villa). Large lounge and dining area with plenty of seating and an Apple TV. With small children and babies to feed there was always plenty of room in the kitchen area for preparing the food, a very large fridge, ample kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, saucers and glasses etc. All shower and pool towels were provided with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the large pool area. We had a great time around the pool with loads of space for the children to enjoy themselves and they even managed a go on the pool slide. Ye Olde Smugglers Rest which overlooks the pool provided plenty of competition at table tennis and pool and this rekindled plenty of banter between everybody. Next to this was the covered outside dining area with plenty of space for the whole family to sit with a meal and the odd sangria and superbock with the lovely brick bbq next to it. The maid, I think her name was Christina, was very courteous and friendly and cleaned the villa to a very high standard. The small supermarket close by had most things we needed and was cheaper than the shops nearer to the town and a bit further down the hill was the fruit, fish and butcher supermarket, the butcher especially was excellent for kebabs and burgers for the bbq. Just far enough from the bars and restaurants in the town and the hill was not as bad as we expected but should be avoided in the heat of the day. Our son-in-law has recommended the villa to his parents and they have booked the villa for next year. We are also looking for a small villa in Carvoeiro with some friends for next year. We had no problems with the villa and would highly recommend not only the villa but also The Villa Agency in organising our holiday for us. Many, many thanks"

Mr M 'The villa had everything and more than we expected. For a large group I would strongly recommend this villa the location was perfect although there was a large hill to walk up back from town it was only 5 minutes from the town centre, and good for walking off all the food. Also there was a small supermarket 100m away which was perfect for bits and bobs.The pool had a slide which the kids just loved, the bar and outside BBQ area were perfect and all facilities were of a very very high standard. The children were never bored as there was a pool and table tennis table in our own bar and in the house we had satellite TV. A cleaner came in every day apart from the weekend and did a midweek change of towels. Nearly all the bedrooms had a TV and DVD player and some had CD players. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to entertain so we had BBQ's a lot of the time. We all said that we would never go away on a package holiday again as the villa holiday was brilliant.'
Ms D "Lovely large villa, ideal as not too big but every one had there own space. Fantastic outside area the pool is amazing and huge with a slide. Games room is a brilliant idea as keeps the men entertained. Perfect location as in walking distance to the town and super market opposite. Took a young baby with us and was more than suitable for him, he rolled around and had enough shady areas to be kept out of the sun."
Mrs A "A beautiful villa in a perfect location - there is everything here for a brilliant holiday and it would be quite easy to spend the day by the pool and BBQ at night and never leave the villa at all! Well equipped and maintained, this villa would be extremely hard to beat."

Mr E "We had a great time at Casa Sacada last week, the villa is at a great location, close to everything you need :). The weather was more than perfect, all day sunny and we have been to all beaches in the area with the kids. They enjoyed swimming in the high waves, the water temperature was still nice. The village is lovely this time of year, not too crowdy, just fine. The villa is good, nice pool house also, large bedrooms and living spaces. Kitchen is well equipped. Outdoors is great also, kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the terrace with the sea view."
