This charming villa has been completely refurbished to the highest standard.
On the ground floor is a large entrance hall leading to a spacious sitting room with comfortable seating, which looks out over the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Off the sitting room is a separate TV room with a fireplace. There is also a separate dining room and a fully fitted, modern kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer and wine chiller. The kitchen has views to the garden with doors leading to the terrace and barbecue area.
The gardens are remarkably mature and are divided between lawns, colourful beds and exotic palms. The villa has a sensational outside kitchen and dining area with wine fridge, dishwasher and a Beefeater gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals.
The brand new infinity designed pool with overflow can be heated for an additional charge. Please note, the pool does not have a pool cover so we cannot guarantee the temperature.
Please also note that there is some shading on the pool and terraces in the photography as the shoot was taken late in the afternoon. During the daytime, the swimming pool and all terraces are in glorious sunshine.
