This lovely villa is located in the popular Vila Sol area and is just a five minute drive from the centre of Vilamoura with its wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and the famous marina.
Villa Preco is a good quality, beautiful property which has been decorated and furnished using stylish, contemporary décor. The modern kitchen is a cook’s delight and makes this a great choice for a self-catering holiday; with top of the range, integrated, appliances, granite surfaces and a central breakfast table. The impressive living/dining room has three seating areas and a marble dining table at one end.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The first floor bedrooms have doors to a terrace which also has steps down to the pool. The swimming pool is located at the front of the house and leading out from the kitchen you will find a lovely covered terrace by the pool.
The villa has a central air conditioning system which means a constant temperature can be set throughout the house or it can be changed independently in each room. There is also a central music system which can play music throughout the house.
