This modern villa was completed in 2017 and is located in the upper part of Kaštel Stari, one of the seven villages stretching along the bay inbetween the towns of Split and Trogir.
Villa Sarah is large and spacious, with accommodation on three floors, offering plenty of outdoor space and terraces. It is the ideal location for a relaxed and comfortable stay for larger families or groups of friends.
The spacious living room on the ground floor has access to the pool and terrace and there is a dining room in the style of a Dalmation tavern. The entire top floor is a large terrace - a lounging area with hot tub and uninterrupted views over the village and of Split, Trogir, the islands and the sea - a great place for both sunbathing and stargazing.
There is a traditonal wooden barbeque and an al fresco dining area in the garden behind the house. There are also numerous fruit trees and vegetables in the garden which guests are welcome to pick.
The villa has lovely views but is on a hill so a car is necessary, although if you don't mind hills the nearest grocery shop is within few minutes walk, while many more are within short driving distance.
The villa has a massage room - the owner is a qualified masseur and you can book a relaxing massage with her at an extra cost, payable locally.
Along Kaštela’s bay there are many beaches, all within a short drive. Also, Kastela has a wealth of bars and restaurants and a wide range of sporting and leisure activities. The villa has easy access to the main coastal road and to the motorway, so offers many touring possibilities in the coastal region as well as in the Dalmatian hinterland.
