Karina is located in the small village of Murvica on the island of Brac, just 5 kms west of the town of Bol and the beach at Zlatni Rat. The villa is only 200m above the crystal clear waters and beautiful white stone and pebble beaches and it is 150m from the village centre.
Murvica lies on a gentle southern slope at the foot of the Vidova Mountains overlooking the vineyards, blue sea and island of Hvar. Murvica is also a starting point for excursions to the ‘Dragon’s Cave’, the convent ‘Drčevica’ and the Blace Monastery and Museum.
The interior has been carefully designed so that the villa retains its character whilst benefiting from modern bathrooms, kitchen equipment and appliances. The sitting room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and flows into the kitchen and dining area. Natural materials have been used throughout with stone floors, and a wooden dining table and kitchen cupboards. An L-shaped staircase with an attractive wrought iron bannister leads to the first floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has doors to the swimming pool and all the bedrooms have lovely bed linen, Smart TV’s and en-suite facilities. The bathrooms are pristine and each has an initial supply of soap and shampoo, they also each have a hair dryer.
Split, Croatia
Split is the second largest city in Croatiaand is the largest city on the Adriatic coast. Once merely considered by some as just transit point with excellent transport connections by bus, sea, air and train, its easy to travel to and from the city it is deservedly becoming a destination in its own right. Theres some fantastic sights in the city, both Roman and more modern, excellent options for dining, drinking and nightlife, plenty of beaches and lots of choice for those wanting day trips....
