Villa Otto is in the heart of Istria, in the village of Rojnici. This classy holiday house provides a high degree of privacy and luxury for families, couples or friends. It is newly built and has spacious living accommodation over two floors. The villa has three bedrooms but can accommodate up to eight people comfortably, with two guests on a sofa bed in the living room. 

The house is characterised by light surfaces and natural materials, with carefully planned lighting, in order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The ground floor has a spacious living room looking out onto the pool and the kitchen is well equipped.  One of the first floor bedrooms has a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the garden. 

There is a large garden and the pool is surrounded by deck chairs and a parasol made of natural materials. To ensure absolute privacy the whole house is surrounded by hedges and stone fences. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower, barbeque area and a dining table.

  • Between 30 May & 26 September the arrival day is Saturday and the minimum stay 1 week.  5 nights at all other times.
  • Prices may be subject to a currency surcharge
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount.  Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Pets may be accepted by request. £80 cleaning charge per pet, per week.

The coastal regions of Croatia are comprised of the three old Croatian states of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia. Dalmatia, or the Dalmatian Coast as it is more commonly know.
