Casa São Martins is in the hamlet of Assumada, just outside Loulé and, although it is near Casa São Clemente, it is not overlooked. From the pool terrace and barbeque area, there are views across the mountains and because of its elevated position, there is a welcome breeze during the hottest times of the year. The living/dining room has a wood burning stove, an effective ceiling fan, doors to the pool and there are mosquito nets on the windows.
Loule is 4km away which is a bustling market town with authentic Portuguese restaurants and a laid back way of life. This is the perfect way to enjoy the Algarve countryside whilst not being too far away from civilisation.
