This beautiful development consists of eleven luxury villas, each with its own swimming pool. The villas are all built on two levels and are located on the popular island of Hvar, just 2kms from Stari Grad. The villas are set in stunning countryside with lovely sea views and are within easy reach of the busy tourist spots.
Larger groups can rent more than one villa so that they can enjoy spending time together without loss of privacy.
There is a private beach just 500m away for guests of Hvar Retreat villas only.
Villa 7 is a three bedroom villa on an outer plot within the development.
Stari Grad is located on the north side of the Hvar island and it is the oldest settlement on the island. The town has very good ferry connections with Split. Around the square are narrow cobbled streets and small stone houses with wooden shutters. This area remains completely unspoilt and is scented with lavender, olives and wine!
There is much to see around the town, with the earliest signs of civilisation dating back to Neolithic times, there is interesting architecture, an amazing 17th Century church, decorated with work by various Venetian artists and a trip to the famous Gramotorov house is worth a visit.
We can arrange a private speed boat transfer or helipcopter from Split ferry port to Stari Grad. Just ask us for a quote.

Split is the second largest city in Croatiaand is the largest city on the Adriatic coast. Once merely considered by some as just transit point with excellent transport connections by bus, sea, air and train, its easy to travel to and from the city it is deservedly becoming a destination in its own right. Theres some fantastic sights in the city, both Roman and more modern, excellent options for dining, drinking and nightlife, plenty of beaches and lots of choice for those wanting day trips....
